Active Eyes
I need some advice on being active. my eyes were recently opened.?
Ok, im 21 years old, im skinny and out of shape, 6’0 130+- pounds. And i got a weight bench for christmas and i started using it, every other day ive been doing 3 sets of 20 on everything i can do on it, and i feel so much better, im seeing results within 2 weeks and its amazing, i was pretty depressed all the time and now im feeling like a million bucks, also i smoke and it kills my appetite so i know i need to stop that habit, id like so advice on additional workout equipment that would benefit me, any supplements or vitamins i should be taking and any all around advice to get me going, im addicted to this workout thing and its great.

Experiment with lots of activities so that if you don’t feel like lifting, you are still doing something.
Swimming- excellent
WALKING- excellent, and a good way to meet people
a small rebounder-trampoline- a lot of fun, and good way to pop
off some steam after a hard day.
I can’t over-emphasize the need to stop smoking… today. All this working out is a waste otherwise.
If you take vitamins, you will get expensive pee. Just eat a variety of good food.
