Tommy is a sweet and intelligent boy. He is very observant and loves to ask questions. He also likes to explore new things. He enjoys dancing and listening to stories. Tommy knows how to count one to twelve and some of the alphabet letters. He recognizes the primary colors and most of his shapes. However, he sometimes have difficulty recognizing the triangle and rectangle shape. We are so proud Tommy is fully potty trained. Tommy is a great joy to have in our class.
I think its sounds horrible. Any ideas on making this a little better?

I’d take that out. You do say most of his shapes so I don’t think it’s necessary that you point out which ones he has trouble with. It’s not a bad thing to tell parents though so that’s up to you.
