Asthma around allergy season?
I seem to have asthma around allergy season. Every day lately I had shortness of breath. Is anyone else like this? im 19 and could I get a severe attack even though my asthma is not bad?
Just keep a relief inhaler with you just in case and if you are exercising use the relief inhaler 15 minutes before exercising.
There are preventative inhalers that you can get which you take every morning and evening to help you during the day, which would almost dispel the need to carry a relief inhaler.
Personally I find that asthma is only a big deal if you let it be, it can be treated quite easily with inhalers and exercising properly.
