my baby wants to comfort nurse all the time especially to sleep, is this a bad habit?
my 2 month old needs to nurse herself to sleep and during the day nurses for comfort. Is this a bad habit to get into. As well she cries often and offering her the breast is the only thing that gets her to stop. Is it wrong for me to do that?
No. Not at this age.
Well, I don’t think it’s wrong in an older infant or toddler, either but that’s my opinion. But at 2 months, you are absolutely right to offer her the breast and let her comfort nurse. She may also be having a growth spurt right now, so she may be trying to build your milk supply.
