Blankie Lovey
Does your baby have a “lovey” or “blankie” they cling to?
My daughter has a little bear blanket baby that she has had since she was a newborn. She literally carries this thing everywhere and puts it in her mouth, sleeps with it, smells it constantly and is extremely attached to it. Its white and was a little gift from my mom to her at my baby shower and it says Bless this Baby. Its precious really how much she loves it and I wash it with fabric softener and she loves it so much. 
Does your baby cling to anything like this?

I guess the thing she carries is called a “security blanket”. Makes since!
He has a little stuffed dog he was given when he was born. It’s brown and soft, he calls it “goggy.” He can correctly pronounce “doggy” but he still calls it “goggy” so I guess that’s the dog’s name. He’s 20 months old.
We leave goggy in the car and goggy can’t come outside with us when we go out to play, but if he’s in the car or in the house he’ll randomly ask for goggy. He’s always got that thing with him and he cannot sleep without it. He’ll cry for goggy forever if he doesn’t have it when it’s time for bed.
We will sneak it away from him on occasion to put it in the washer. (It’s machine washable!) If he notices it’s missing we tell him he’s taking a bath.
