Cat Plush
Has anyone got any tips on how I can coax my cat?
My Cats have a really nice plush bed to sleep in and at first they loved sleeping in it but now they won’t go near it and would rather sleep in a cardboard box (don’t ask lol) so any advise or suggestions would be gratefully received :0)
Mine like boxes because they have the sides on them. I think it makes them feel safer and more protected. Mine just love cardboard anyway. Mine also love being under tables where they can see us and be with us, but it’s harder for us to touch, play with, or pester them. Kind of their way to say, hey, I wanna hang out but please leave me alone. Why not put the bed in the box for a while, then separate them and eventually take the box away? If they don’t get pestered in the box with the bed, and then if they don’t get pestered in the bed, they’ll probably see the bed as a safe place too.
