What is the value of Barbie first doll now?
It all depends on its condition and if she is in her original clothing and her original packaging.
I saw one on eBay 2 years ago that was mint — the woman (who of course was a young girl at the time) rec’d it as a gift, played with it once and packed it away in its original box for 50+ years ‘cuz she really wasn’t into Barbie but didn’t want to pitch it. If memory serves me right, she scooped close to $4000 US. But I imagine Barbies in that condition are a rare find. My Barbie is from the mid-60s and well-played with — in much better condition than some I’ve seen on eBay, and I’m guessing she’s worth a few hundred. Certainly not a yard sale item!!
