Baby Einstein refund do you think it is fair that we pay return shipping?
This morning on Good Morning America they made an announcement that they would be given out refunds for baby einstein dvd’s because they made false claims regarding these dvd’s. They also said you could take these dvd’s to your local store wherever you got them and get your refund at the store. But when I took mine in to Walmart they knew nothing about it. I called Baby Einstein and they said they are not responsible for anything Good Morning America says. But don’t you think baby einstein should pay for the shipping. this is a mistake they made.
It doesn’t matter whether your son “loved” them — they have been scientifically proven to not work, to in fact, be BAD FOR CHILDREN. Funny, you’d think all those screeching parents groups would care more about this…. I’m surprised they are simply doing the right thing and giving refunds for bogus claims. It’s recommended by neuroscientists to not let under 2 ages watch ANY TV AT ALL.
It’s weird they’re throwing it back on GMA. The company officially announced the refund.
