Why does lamb meat have a weird after taste?
I bar-b-qued some sort of lamb meat (my first and last time eating lamb) and it was awful! It just had this weird sort of bitter after taste. What is that?
um that’s just the taste of lamb.. you know how turkey or duck tastes a bit funny if you’ve only ever had chicken. have you ever had venision? have you ever had goat? (dont ever have goat – it tastes like barnyard smells).
although bitter doesnt make sense (id say lamb is sweeter than beef though)…so maybe the meat was a bit off? or maybe it was a bit charred.
