Friend Blue
Why would a guy drop a female friend out of the blue?
I am a 37-year-old female. My 47-year-old friend of three years dropped me. It WAS NOT because: 1) I was needy; 2) he has a girlfriend; 3) he likes me as more than a friend. One day he said, “You did nothing wrong, but I no longer get along with you” and cut me off all his communication networks. Why would a guy do that?
You say that he cut you off of all of his communication networks. If you were mainly friends online, some people do get to a point where they feel like they no longer have anything in common and just stop communicating.
If the two of you were hanging out in person, I’m not sure what he means.
Maybe he is interested in another woman and concerned that she might see you as competition.
It’s his loss though no matter what his reason is for dropping you.
