How do social-learning theorists believe people learn? Is it similar to the way behaviorists believe people learn?

Social learning is something EVERYONE does. Its like the saying, ‘Watch and learn.’ You see your mom make eggs, and you try to learn this, maybe not by going online or finding a recipe. (I mean you could but what is easier). You try to imitate what she did. You crack the egg on probably whatever she cracked it on.
With social learning you learn better by a few factors:
Attention- How interesting it is, like if your spacing out your not going to learn it as well. or if its super complicated your gonna be like wow i give up
Rentention- How much your remember it. Like using flashcards and repeating, applying things all help you remember the information
Reproduction- It always will help to do it yourself, like you create actual memories you can go back in your head, and think do i scramble the eggs before they go in the pan or after? and then you can remember, before reproducing it can be really hard
Motivation- Why would you want to learn it anyway? If there is no value to you, why learn it. This is why a lot of people don’t like math. 
People will always be asking in math classes, am i ever gonna use this again in my life?? The more motivated you are, the easier it will be. Like learning to cook, food is a good incentive

On this there are two types and I think some others, Classical Conditioning and Operant Conditioning. And This is like hardly any info compared to how much theres is out there.
Behaviorism overall, there is a stimulus, a response and usually a consequence (good or bad) known as a reinforcement or punishment.
Hopefully, you have heard of Pavlov’s dogs somewhere in your life. This is your basic Classical Conditioning.
You got a dog and you want to feed him, He smells food. (food)YUMM=DROOL! The this is a stimulus. The drool is a response. For this theory it is always going to be S (stimulis) = R (response).
If you add a bell into the equation, before you feed him, you ring the bell, the bell will become a stimulus. The bell gets associated with FOOD! So it will be like, DING! (S) + FOOD! (S) = Drool! (R) So you repeat this over and over a couple times. After a couple times, the dog will have the two (before were independant) stimuluses associated. It will go like this, DING! (S) = Drool! (R) It all happens without realizing whats going on, or having to conciously think about it.
Well where else can you apply this? LOTS of places. Pretty much any intentional learning, is one type of behaviorism
The two main types:
Operant Conditioning: S-R-S
Teaching your kids to do chores, by either giving them a treat or a toy (Positive Reinforcement). You say, Do the dishes, (Stimulus) They do them, (Response) Reward (Stimulus)
Classical Conditioning: S-R
You go out to eat sushi (S) you feel sick (S) because you got food poisoning, (R) nausea. Now seeing sushi (S) you feel nauseous (R)
Overall, these are two different types of learning. The things you learn from social are opposite than behaviorism. Social, the incentive is for personal use, like language. Someone wants to learn language cuz they need to etc, or driving, or cooking. You use operant conditioning like with your dog, your dog doesn’t want to learn that a bell rings so he can drool. Its not intentional for your dog, maybe you but not your dog. And classic just happens in real life, its not inentional, its something we hardly notice.
