At Design For Play, we hold ourselves to the highest standards for our products and customer service. We promise to deliver safe, eco-friendly toys which are beautifully designed. We strive to give every customer a “wow” experience with our company. If our toys do not meet your expectations, you can return your order for a full refund.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped by UPS. Most orders ship within 24 hours. You will receive email confirmation of your order and additional confirmation when your order is sent. UPS is unable to ship to PO Boxes. We make every effort to ensure our packaging and shipping materials are eco-friendly.

Returns

We promise that our toys will meet your expectations. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please return your purchase for a full refund within one month of date of purchase. To return your order, please complete the form on our Contact Us page and include the reason for your return. Our customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours to instruct you on how to return the item and refund your payment.
