is it ok to get my velour juicy diaper bag dry cleaned?
it is the pink pne with brown lettering.
I wash most everything in the washing machine! -”Dry clean only”, ‘wool’, shoes, suede…. It just means being careful & using common sense. If this were my diaper bag I would:
Put it inside a pillow-case & tie the end closed. Or use one of those mesh laundry bags. I prefer the pillow-case for more delicate materials & things with lots of zippers, buttons, hooks etc. That way they don’t ‘get caught’ on anything. Sometimes it’s also a good idea to turn things ‘inside out’ to ‘protect’ it further. Then throw it in the washer! I suggest using WARM water, gentle soap -no bleach, on a gentle cycle without too much other laundry. To remove odours add baking soda or vinegar to the water.
Some things like this I put in the dryer (still in the bag) but only for a SHORT period of time, then HANG to dry completely.
