Plush Rattles
Is this okay? ( Buying toys from ‘op’ shop? )?
I am due to have my second baby any day now, and the original idea was for my two boys to share their toys.. But lately my 12 month old son has become possessive of his toys, and will not allow anyone to touch them..
I wanted to get my newborn something fun but soft to play with, and passing by a ‘op’ shop ( Salvation Army second hand store ) I saw this absolutely adorable plush bird that had rattles and squeakers attached for $2. I decided on impulse to buy it for the new baby, much to the dismay of my parents.. They think that a baby should have new things..
The bird was in perfect condition, no tears or stains and everything still worked – And I washed it in an antibacterial solution..
Should I have just gotten the same thing from a major supermarket for $30 or was spending the $2 reasonable and okay?

it is wonderful to recycle anything these days. As long as they are safe and clean it’s great.
