But his selfish friend SHOT and KILLED a hungry polar bear who only wanted a bit of food! Man, some people are so self involved it’s sickening!

I love animals. And I’m all for protecting them. But if it comes down to another persons life, I wouldn’t ignore it and let them die. That is ridiculous. You have to feel compassion for other people to fully feel compassion for animals. I mean, hell, humans are just another species of animals. You have to care for your own species no matter how horrid they can be at times. If you don’t, then what good are you? No better than them, because your a human too.
Its not selfish to save a friend. Even if that means killing a very large, dangerous, and endangered animal. Its selfish to ignore the situation, and let the bear kill and eat him because YOU think its wrong. Because YOU think its wrong, does not make it wrong. That makes YOU selfish. Jeez… Look up the definition of selfish…
Oh, and holly c… You don’t have to keep your distance for a bear to just randomly wander up, and think you are a threat or food. You could be somewhere, with no bears in site.. But because your outside, in the wild, where they just naturally live.. You don’t know when one might randomly wander up.
