Wierd 1980s stuffed toy (furry puffball with glowing LED eyes and shrill noise)– what was this called?
In the mid to late 80s, my older sister got this odd plush stuffed toy. It was a light purple puffball, about the size of a football. It had tiny LED eyes, and no mouth or limbs to speak of. It took a 9 volt battery, and its eyes would glow (yellow or red) and it would emit a shrill eerie sound.
My memories of it are pretty vague, as I was young and a little bit scared of this odd possessed-looking creature. But I just remembered it last night, and for the life of me, I can’t remember what it was supposed to be called (I’m sure it had some sort of name), but hopefully someone here will know what I’m talking about.

The Chubbles friend Chiggles seems very very close. That may be the toy I’m thinking of, though my mind keeps saying it didn’t have any arms or anything.
