Extremely wierd guy! Do you think he might do something similar to the guy from virginia tech?
I go to VCU, in richmond,Va. There is this caucasian nerdy kid who seems to always keep to himself, and sits down on the patio and make things with wire, and beads. One the table of which he sits, he has three small plush penguins, behind a sign that says, beware of attack penguin. He sits there for the majority fo the day, regularly. About three days ago, i got out of my Calculus class and saw him standing with a stuffed penguin on his head in the hall. He just stood there for about an hour, against a wall. He also made eye contact with me, which freaked me out! The next day he kept the door open of our dormatory, for about an hour an a half. I just went through, said thanks, and avoided doing anything dumb that might upset him. Some guy asked him why he had it on his head, and he replied,”Why not?”
At This point I am tryna avoid getting myself killed, so i try to avoid him as much as possible. Do u think someone should do something, the security said there is no crime commited.
Maybe you could discuss this with a counselor, or campus security.
