How long will it take before I start losing weight and slimming down if I walk for 20-25 mins everday?
I started walking home from school todat and i will do it everyday. It takes me 20-25 minutes. How long will it be/how many days before I notice I am slimming down and losing weight? I will walk every weekday.
Walking every day is good for you and it burns the calories but…….you can speed up the losing process by counting your carbs keep them under 40 per day and you will lose 3-4 pounds a week.. The name of the game is portion control and forget about the sweets. One candy bar will set you back a week. Try it.
