What Johto Starter Pokemon should I choose?
I just got a brand new copy of Pokemon Crystal with a new battery so I have another seven or so years of gaming waiting for me (I hope!) and I can’t decide which starter I should pick. I don’t like Totodile, so I’m torn between Cyndaquil and Chikorita. I think Cyndaquil is a little more boyish but a lot easier (and was my starter on my old crystal, so the nostalgia factor) and Chikorita is adorable and girly, though I heard she’s harder to work with, plush her evolutions are meh. Help?
If you are wanting it to be easy, then pick Cyndaquil becasue fire is good against many other types but it also has a lot of weaknesses.
