how loose should my cast be?
hi! i recently broke my arm, almost 2 weeks ago. i’ve been in a cast for about 1 1/2 weeks since i got surgery to help hold the bones in place. the cast goes from the middle of my hand to half way up my upper arm. i havent had too much problem with it, but its been getting increasingly loose. i can practically stick 3 of my kinda big fingers down it…is this too loose? i can kind of twist my wrist around, which hurts a lot. i feel like my arm rattles around when i’m running (which i’ve been cleared to do 
i have an appointment with the “bone doctor” in 2 weeks, should i try to change this appointment to sooner or is my cast okay as is?
i’ve never broken a bone so i’m not really sure on what to do!! please help!!

the cast fit fine right after my surgery….
You should call the doc just to be sure, but the muscles under the cast atrophy, so the cast will feel bigger as time goes on.
